When I get up in the morning and realize what day it is I form a picture of that day. And then follows an appraisal. Hurray, Friday! or Yuk, Monday…What is this picture really like, I wondered. It probably consists of a number of elements that in anybody else’s perception may have nothing to do with each other. Here you see the result of an attempt to catch this picture in bronze. It has been tautly polished in order to create a unity in the loose elements (the church, the tablecloth and the table). For it is one picture! Of the Sunday.
